Strategic Institutional Initiatives

Strategic Institutional Initiatives develops and implements a comprehensive internal communications strategy for the institution, leads executive communications on behalf of the Office of the President, Office of the Provost, and other key units across campus, and provides project and portfolio management to support strategic institutional priorities. The team also leads the UGA Visitors Center, the public’s entry point to Georgia’s flagship institution and a key connection point for prospective students, families, alumni, visitors, and other audiences experiencing UGA. Together, these functions advance institutional priorities and ensure that leadership messages, strategic initiatives, and the UGA experience are communicated and delivered clearly and consistently.
