Operations & Fiscal Affairs

Operations & Fiscal Affairs provides the operational infrastructure that supports the division’s people, resources, systems, and services. The unit’s responsibilities include developing and managing the division’s budget and related financial activities, human resources, talent management, information and marketing technologies, administrative services, and trademarks and licensing. The team also provides operational oversight for WUGA-FM, the university’s public radio station, which broadcasts local and national programming through partnerships with NPR, Georgia Public Broadcasting, and independent producers. Together, these functions provide the operational foundation and resources that support the division’s work and the university’s broader communications and engagement efforts.
